Roof Tune-Ups are a good idea when a new roof is needed, but the “time is just not right.”  A Roof Tune-Up is not a guarantee that there will be no issues and is not a solution to major problems. The work performed only provides a better chance to prevent interior leaks for the short term. Many people have this service performed to protect their homes during the winter for protection from the snow.

The process involves resealing around all major accessories on the roof such as pipe boots, exhaust vents, skylights, etc.  Also, we reseal up to ten shingles that have come loose.  It does not include replacement of missing or damaged shingles.  The resealing of sections of the roof will extend the life of the roof for a short period of time.
